Increase the Average Shopping Cart Value

Spiceworld was looking for a way to present visitors of their online shop the full range of Stay Spiced! products. However, the product range is so extensive that few customers find the time to browse through the entire variety of products. This is an opportunity to place individually tailored recommendations at the right contact points.

A classic contact point is the shopping cart overview, where we can calculate association patterns based on historical purchases by your customers, which are compared in real time with the individual shopping cart. Based on this, suitable recommendations are calculated. This algorithm can also be flexibly expanded, e.g. with a blocked list or current promotions. In this way, more sales can be generated for the seller and at the same time the shopping experience for the customer can be improved
